Just Sold in San Jose for $1,500,000...

For this home I sold in San Jose for $1,500,000, I was the agent for the seller. I sold him this home 7 years ago as his buyer’s agent, and now he is relocating for a job to another state.

We received 2 offers for this home. The buyer waived ALL contingencies (inspections, appraisal, and loan) and the transaction was very smooth. In fact, this transaction was so smooth and uneventful, that I have nothing more to say…LOL! Just the way I like it!
